Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
I’ve worked as a SEO consultant with a wide range of websites and businesses focusing on all aspects of SEO, from optimising load times to managing pay per click campaigns.
SEO is a broad term – it can include on and off page optimisation, link building, analytics, content, pay per click (PPC), social media and much more.
Also working as a web designer, I have a strong understanding of the makeup of a website, specialising in on page optimisation (of the source code) and other areas surrounding the build of the website itself, including its structure and how visible and easy it is for a search engine to crawl and index the site. I believe this is the most important foundation for successful search engine optimisation.
SEO is also a never ending area of a website’s development – it can never be ‘completed’ and needs constant work for the effects to be noticeable.
I recommend working with SEO clients on a monthly management basis for a minimum of 3 months at a time. This allows link building and on going consultancy whilst being able to proactively monitor rankings and analytics with regular reports provided.
These reports contain information vital for the operation of a business that is reliant on its website, either for the sale of goods or services or as a way of finding new clients. Using a variety of tools I can provide data on who is visiting your site, where they are in the world, how many hits the site is getting, where the traffic is being directed from, how long each user spends on your site and many other key factors.
